High School at Gray Academy
Academic Excellence Framed by Jewish Community, Identity and Values
As students progress from Grade 7 through Grade 12, they gain greater independence and develop a sense of responsibility for their studies, their success and their community.
Our High School program balances rich and rigorous academics with opportunities for personal growth and leadership.
In addition to the required General and Judaic Studies curriculum, students have a broad range of electives to choose from, allowing them to explore their learning interests and enhance their academic strengths.
Our small classes and commitment to academic success give every student the knowledge, confidence and critical thinking skills they need to grow and thrive.
Our collaborative community environment encourages students to build lifelong relationships and understand their role in effecting positive change in their community and the world.
Outside the Classroom
Classroom learning is enriched with real-world experiences, including field trips, volunteer activities, Spirit Weekends and milestone programs that take students out of our school building, out of the city and even out of the country.
Our robust Athletics, Arts, Debate and Public Speaking, and other co-curricular programs give our students opportunities to develop teamwork, confidence and character.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards
Gray Academy is very proud to deliver The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award to students from Grades 8 through 12. This prestigious award has given many Gray Academy students amazing opportunities to challenge themselves with new learning and skills development outside the classroom.
