Athletics are a big part of life at Gray Academy. On the court, in the field, on the ice or in the gym, Gray Academy students can get active, build skills and boost confidence by participating in a variety of competitive and non-competitive sports at different grade levels.

Participating in organized sports gives students opportunities to develop physical skills, such as hand-eye coordination, functional movement skills and strength. Research shows it can also offer positive social benefits and even enhance academic performance.

Gray Academy students can take advantage of these benefits and have fun playing intramurals at school and/or competing locally, provincially and nationally in:

  • badminton
  • basketball
  • cross-country
  • curling
  • golf
  • hockey skills
  • Ultimate Frisbee
  • volleyball
  • and more
