Our “Get To Know You Programs”
New Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten students are invited to “Sneak-a-Peek” in May. This is an opportunity for new students and parents to visit the classroom, meet new classmates, get acclimatized to new surroundings.
Elementary students are invited in June to “Bump-Up Days”. New students will join their future classmates for a morning when the whole grade visits with their counterparts a year older. They hear about what they will learn, what it’s like to be in that new grade and more.
High school students are invited to start their year one day early in September. This is a way for them to meet with teachers, get comfortable with their new school, and meet a few of their new classmates.
New Family Buddy Program
Every September we hold our new families “buddy” breakfast. At this breakfast, we invite our new families to have breakfast with “veteran” Gray families to help with the transition to a new school.
